I’ve been in the coaching space for over 5 years but my story starts 8 years ago when I first stepped into the gym. I’ll spare you the sappy story about how I fell in love with fitness straight away and never looked back, because I genuinely had an opposite experience in reality. I struggled to build a relationship with exercise, nutrition, and myself for many years. I felt helpless and uninspired, and with there being an overwhelming amount of misleading information on the internet, I had no idea what to believe and who to trust. I was too intimidated to ask anyone for help, but thankfully I was too stubborn to give up on myself.Many years later, my experience became education, then education became interest, then interest nurtured my passion in coaching. I have furthered my knowledge through having my own coach, competing in a WBFF bikini show, to attending seminars and courses with industry leading coaches from around the world, and becoming a Certified Nutritional Advisor. Above all of this, I have years of experience implementing everything I learn into my own self and my clients. My mission is to be the person I wish I had guiding me through my fitness and wellness journey, to you in your journey.
